Where is the Saint Benedict Menni Health Center?

The Saint Benedict Menni Health Center is located near Pipeline Road, in the Paynesville neighborhood, northwest of Monrovia, the capital of Liberia.

 

Liberia is a West African state located between Sierra Leone, Guinea and Ivory Coast. It covers an area of ​​111,370 km2 (approximately the size of Portugal) and has a population of 4.4 million inhabitants, of which about 2 million live in Monrovia.

 

The country has recently gone through two successive civil wars (1989 – 1996 and 1999 – 2003), which caused the deaths of more than 200,000 people and the almost total devastation of the country, which is among the seven poorest in the world.

 

It has one of the highest rates of infant mortality, which claims 71 lives in every 1,000 births, and has an unemployment rate of 80%.
